In business you sometimes get sued. What do you do when this happens? For most frivolous threats you can and should ignore them. If you get a cease & desist letter the easiest move is to comply if you can.
The EU offers extra protections under GDPR. You also cannot change your prices on a whim. When running a sale you must provide proof that the price was something higher previously. You might get a fine if you violate their sale laws or GDPR laws.
