How do we find out why users are doing things? We can add a “reason” field in a form when before allowing a user to do something.
GDPR requires that you allow users to delete their data. But is it ok to require a reason before allowing the account to be deleted? We know email unsubscribe requires 1-click unsubscribe.

Something I have been wondering is do we need to keep track of who has accepted and what T&C regarding says for example on an e-commerce site or a web app that allows them to upload data.
I know the Privacy Policy and outward facing T&C of the website is more of an FYI/CYA but scratching my head in the management of the more advanced use cases.
