In previous meetings I have said that different marketing channels will only make sense depending on the type of business you are running. Broadly speaking, if your lifetime customer value is too low, you cannot spend too much acquiring those customers. Specifically, if your LTV is low you cannot hire a Salesperson to do cold outreach.
